Short version: this site keeps what you type into the request form, uses it to find you an electrician, and does nothing else with it. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookie banner — because at the moment there is nothing to consent to.
Electrician Lisbon is a free matching service operated by Adsvantage, a marketing company based in the Netherlands. It is not an electrical business, it holds no Portuguese installer registration, and it carries out no electrical work. Contact: info@adsvantage.nl, +31 6 40960136, also on WhatsApp.
The request form asks for your name, an email address, optionally a WhatsApp number, the area the property is in and what needs doing. It also records which page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading when you decided to write. That is the complete list.
Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms (Netlify hosts this website), forwarded by email to the operator, and stored in the operator's own customer records so that a request does not get lost. The relevant details — area, type of job and how to reach you — are then passed to one independent electrician so they can contact you and quote. If you would rather your contact details were not passed on, say so in the message and we will ask the electrician to reply through us instead.
Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google Fonts (the two typefaces this site uses are loaded from Google's font service, which means your browser makes a request to that service), and the email provider used to receive your request. Google Maps, advertising networks and social plugins are not embedded anywhere on this site.
Requests are kept while they are being handled and afterwards as part of the operator's business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are legally required to keep an invoice or a similar document.
Under the GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to info@adsvantage.nl and you will get an answer. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD) or to the authority in your own country.
